Brent Ramdin

Brent’s mission-driven leadership at EducationDynamics is rooted in over two decades of experience across both higher education and K-12 sectors. He guides the organization's vision and strategy, consistently pushing boundaries to deliver impactful solutions that benefit students and foster thriving institutions.

Before joining EducationDynamics, Brent served as President of Encoura, where the industry’s most widely adopted enrollment and data science platform was created, transforming enrollment processes nationwide. He has also led organizations that provided managed services to K-12 districts, empowering educators to focus on their students. At Campus Management (now Anthology), Brent played a key role in Product Innovation and Strategy, shaping agile ERP, SIS, and CRM solutions for higher education. His contributions to online learning initiatives over the past decade have bridged the gap between public and private sectors, prioritizing the needs of learners.

Brent holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree from Florida Atlantic University, and he actively volunteers with community organizations that promote access to post-secondary educational pathways.
