Karina Kogan

As a Vice President of Partnership Development, Karina has an opportunity to be on the front lines of building solutions for institutions we partner with. She applies her 20+ years of higher education experience and knowledge in the partnership development process to find and build the best solution that will make the biggest impact on enrollment.  Karina started her higher education career at the University of Phoenix, where she built partnerships and lead corporate development teams over a 12-year period.  After that, she worked as a Chief Partnerships Officer at Educators Serving Educators, a division of Excelsior College, where she helped universities start and grow online initiatives.  This journey led her to EducationDynamics, where she is establishing meaningful relationships and partnerships with our partner institutions. 

Karina has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Cleveland State University and earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. One of the key drivers of her passion for the business is the number of lives that we get to impact in our work by introducing people to their next step. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling to new places, and playing tennis.
