Loyola Marymount University improved parent communication flow by opening communication in all directions between students, families, student affairs and other key stakeholders. Taking into account the habits of millennial students and their families, LMU developed an updated parent program that better addresses these needs. As parent expectations continue to rise, LMU adjusts to meet them, building a relationship with parents in order to foster and support the growth, development and success of their student at LMU.
